3. Examples of Reportable Incidents
Concerns should be raised regarding:
- Abuse of power, conflicts of interest, or improper conduct.
- Financial improprieties or internal control breaches.
- Legal violations including negligence, fraud, or breach of contract.
Even if a matter involves a service contract, individuals should not hesitate to report, as protection under this policy applies.
